My (Southwest High School sweetheart Pat Proctor and I married in 1973, moving into our first apartment (top floor, far right) near the Country Club Plaza while still at the University of Missouri in Kansas City. It was lovely and still full of clear, wonderful memories. We moved to St. Joseph MO in 1975 for my job as a country-music-station news director and disk jockey at KUSN before changing my career to linguist by moving for training in Monterey, CA where daughter Liz was born in 1977 and toGablingen, Germany in 1979 where daughter Carolyn was born.
