I bought this house in March and moved in with my two kids (10, 13) in July. The seller’s agent couldn’t believe how long it took to sell this house since it was a hot market and the neighbors are so wonderful. Maywood Ave is a small street within the Rosemary Hills neighborhood of Silver Spring.
